I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist. UKCP is the leading professional body for psychotherapy in the UK, and its register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.

My training was completed at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) where I gained an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, awarded in collaboration with Middlesex University. This was a lengthy postgraduate training combining academic study, clinical practice and experiential learning. It included weekly personal therapy throughout, alongside ongoing clinical supervision.
