Sara Connolly Psychotherapy

UKCP Registered Psychotherapist in Bath, Somerset.

Welcome,

If you’ve found your way here, something in your life may be feeling heavy, confusing, or out of balance. You might be grieving, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply aware that you can’t carry on living the way you have been.

Some people come to me with a clear sense of what they need help with - bereavement, anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions. Others come because something feels ‘wrong’ or unsettled, even if they can’t yet put it into words. You don’t need to arrive with clarity. We can find it together.

I provide a quiet, confidential space where you can explore what’s troubling you, without pressure and in your own time. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I work both short and long term - depending on whether you want to focus on a particular issue or engage in more open ended work.

Therapy isn’t about fixing. It’s a reflective, relational process through which your inner world can become more coherent - supported by the experience of being understood and accompanied as you face what is difficult. Over time, this can lead to greater steadiness and a deeper trust in yourself.

If this way of working feels like it might help, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
